What we offer

    Counseling

    We offer compassionate and evidence-based counseling services tailored to support teens, adults, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship conflicts, and life transitions—helping you build resilience, gain insight, and foster emotional well-being.

    Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

    We provide EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences, anxiety, and distressing memories—supporting lasting emotional relief and renewed inner strength.

    EMDR Consultation

    We offer EMDR consultation for clinicians who have completed Phase I or both Phase I and Phase II of EMDR training. Consultations are provided by a certified EMDR therapist and EMDRIA-Approved Consultant-in-Training, dedicated to supporting your growth and confidence in EMDR practice.
